My brother has been a patient/resident at this facility for quite some time. I am extremely happy with the level of empathy, care and compassion he and the other residents receive. From the CNA’s all the way to the Director of Nursing (Nurse V. Martinez.)

Anytime there is a slight change in his medical condition, someone from the facility is quick to inform me. I meet at least once a week with Nurse Martinez and we discuss any questions or concerns I might have regarding my brother’s medical care/condition. My concerns have always been promptly addressed and or corrected by the medical staff.

My brother is very happy there. I have asked him several times if he wants to come home and he says NO. He enjoys the different activities they provide from playing bingo, dancing, coloring movie night and his favorite, candlelight dinner.

I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

College Vista is someplace special. The focus of College Vista is residents health and well-being. I have been a resident for over one year. I have been recovering and gaining strength to return home.

If you are looking for the best care for you or a Right loved one, College Vista has a caring staff to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nurses, nursing assistants, and medical specialists regularly come to your room. A Social Activity room, a physical therapy workout room, physical therapists come to your room, 3 good-tasting meals a day in addition to treats availability.

The Administrator, Director of Nursing, Medical Director, and director of staff development are known on a first-name basis always available and very helpful. With the medical care, meals, and activities it’s better than being home. People care at College Vista!

An important message about College Vista. In the past I have stayed at several nursing facilities. I have been very lucky to have discovered College Vista. If you have a loved one you care about, I highly recommend College Vista. Rehab and nurses are licensed. But College Vista has something different. People here care. The employees go above and beyond. All employees make sure you are in good health and are comfortable. There are a lot of things College Vista has – good food (they contact each patient to make sure they get their right dietary needs,) a great physical therapy room, and an activity room.

The director of nursing and director of Staff Development come and see patients regularly – this makes sure needs are met. All employees go above the call of duty. When you come here ask to see me, so you can ask questions and meet me regarding College Vista.

We are grateful to have my grandma at this Rehabilitation Center. She has improved a whole lot from the time she went in. The staff there are amazing and have a lot of patience. They have taken good care of my grandma especially since she’s so delicate at the moment. The type of care they do to the patients there is amazing. They take her out of her room every day. They do a lot of activities with them to keep them distracted. What we also like about College Point Acute is that they are bi-lingual speaking nurses. My grandma only speaks Spanish and we are glad that the nurses there are able to understand her.

Thank you to the great staff at College Vista Acute rehab center you are awesome! Matthew and Blanca in the office have always been very helpful trying to get the right care for my mother-in-law. CNA, Nancy is SO caring and the physical therapists Penny, Kenneth, April and Sevak have been awesome in rehabilitating my mother-in-law after she broke her hip last November. She will hopefully be going home this month.

We are very grateful for the care they have provided while she was staying at College Vista & appreciate them making her stay as pleasant as possible. You are all awesome!

First let me say that the Staff was not only professional, but made me feel like family.  The nurses and CNA’s were very helpful and catered to all my needs.

I was here for Therapy for my recent back surgery.  The Therapist; Physical and Occupational were excellent.   They made me work hard, but got me to where I could care for myself.  I will always be thankful for the help and rehab they provided.

To all the Staff and Administration; I’m Thankful to have had a great experience while in your care.  You have made it possible for me to move forward with my life.

College Vista is the perfect place for someone who needs to recuperate. The nurses, therapists and administration are working professionally in every way. I can personally say that employees here have good hearts and they do what’s best for the patients. Each staff goes above and beyond to provide personalized care. They believe in their residents, supporting and helping them achieve their highest potential.

The facility itself is beautiful. It is small which makes it great because it feels more intimate, and it has the family-style caring which makes it more unique. This facility has done an amazing job especially with the pandemic going on. Great infection prevention system, and in addition, it smells really good!

Chirag was super helpful exploring the rehab options for my dad. Hats off to him and his team!

When looking for a nursing home or even just for rehab, you need to do your homework.

We were very lucky to come across College Vista. It turned out to be a perfect fit for us. It was a perfect place for my mom. They took wonderful care of her. Covered all her needs and I never worried about her being there.

She was happy with ALL the care given to her. She would tell me.

The nurses, the aids and personnel were very attentive to our needs. Plus it turned out to be very close to home.

I highly recommend their facility. I loved their friendliness.

Thank you to everyone at College Vista. When my mother broke her arm and wound up in the hospital we were faced with making the important decision about where she would go for her rehabilitation, and this was her first time in a nursing home. My mother is used to having her own apartment and one of our big concerns was that if she had roommates – would they get along? The facility did a great job with her roommate matching and being patient with her as she was used to being able to call staff over anytime at the assisted living where she was prior. We finished about 3 weeks of rehab and she was all ready to go back to her assisted living! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT CARE AND EXPERIENCE!

College Vista is amazing! My family and I offer our deepest gratitude and respect to the nurses and other staff members, who are hard working, kind, and professional.  

In particular,  I want to highlight the amazing service that we have received from Ann and Somony.  They each have made this process less stressful for me and my family. My mother, who is a patient here, says under the circumstances, she couldn’t be treated any better, and her condition continues to improve. Hearing these words from her gives me such peace of mind, and for that my family and I are truly grateful.
