First let me say that the Staff was not only professional, but made me feel like family. The nurses and CNA’s were very helpful and catered to all my needs.
I was here for Therapy for my recent back surgery. The Therapist; Physical and Occupational were excellent. They made me work hard, but got me to where I could care for myself. I will always be thankful for the help and rehab they provided.
To all the Staff and Administration; I’m Thankful to have had a great experience while in your care. You have made it possible for me to move forward with my life.
College Vista is the perfect place for someone who needs to recuperate. The nurses, therapists and administration are working professionally in every way. I can personally say that employees here have good hearts and they do what’s best for the patients. Each staff goes above and beyond to provide personalized care. They believe in their residents, supporting and helping them achieve their highest potential.
The facility itself is beautiful. It is small which makes it great because it feels more intimate, and it has the family-style caring which makes it more unique. This facility has done an amazing job especially with the pandemic going on. Great infection prevention system, and in addition, it smells really good!

When looking for a nursing home or even just for rehab, you need to do your homework.
We were very lucky to come across College Vista. It turned out to be a perfect fit for us. It was a perfect place for my mom. They took wonderful care of her. Covered all her needs and I never worried about her being there.
She was happy with ALL the care given to her. She would tell me.
The nurses, the aids and personnel were very attentive to our needs. Plus it turned out to be very close to home.
I highly recommend their facility. I loved their friendliness.
Thank you to everyone at College Vista. When my mother broke her arm and wound up in the hospital we were faced with making the important decision about where she would go for her rehabilitation, and this was her first time in a nursing home. My mother is used to having her own apartment and one of our big concerns was that if she had roommates – would they get along? The facility did a great job with her roommate matching and being patient with her as she was used to being able to call staff over anytime at the assisted living where she was prior. We finished about 3 weeks of rehab and she was all ready to go back to her assisted living! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT CARE AND EXPERIENCE!

In particular, I want to highlight the amazing service that we have received from Ann and Somony. They each have made this process less stressful for me and my family. My mother, who is a patient here, says under the circumstances, she couldn’t be treated any better, and her condition continues to improve. Hearing these words from her gives me such peace of mind, and for that my family and I are truly grateful.
